Death Star is an indica-leaning strain that comes from a cross of Sensi Star with Sour Diesel. You may also see it sold as Deathstar. People who try it most often describe feeling sleepy, relaxed and euphoric.
Across 103 public lab tests of Death Star flower between 2020 and 2022, the median result was 22.7% total THC, with half of all samples falling between 18.6% and 25.1%. CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on dispensary shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is caryophyllene, followed by myrcene and limonene. Caryophyllene is known for black pepper and warm spice, while myrcene adds earthy, musky notes with a ripe-fruit edge. Total terpene content measured a median of 2.2%. On the palate, people pick out diesel, pungent and skunk.
Beyond feeling sleepy, reviewers also mention feeling tingly and hungry. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with stress, pain and anxiety. The side effects mentioned most are dry mouth, dry eyes and dizziness. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
Parents: Sensi Star and Sour Diesel. Death Star is also a parent of Death Bubba, Lemon Brulee, Cherry Star and Obi Wan OG.
