A cross of OGKB and Mendo Montage, Mendo Breath is an indica variety. The effects people mention most are feeling sleepy, relaxed and tingly.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 153 flower samples tested between 2020 and 2024 came in at a median of 19.9% total THC (the middle half ranged from 17.2% to 22%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on dispensary shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is caryophyllene, followed by limonene and humulene. Caryophyllene is known for black pepper and warm spice, while limonene adds bright citrus-peel freshness. Total terpene content measured a median of 1.6%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as vanilla, pepper and earthy.
Beyond feeling sleepy, reviewers also mention feeling hungry and happy. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with stress, anxiety and pain. The side effects mentioned most are dry mouth, anxiety and dizziness. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
Parents: OGKB and Mendo Montage. Mendo Breath is also a parent of Garlic Breath, Punch Breath, Pure Michigan, Jelly Breath, Cake Breath and Breath Mints.
