The staff here is absolutely amazing - they dedicate as much time as necessary to make sure every question is answered and every issue is taken care of. Everyone I've interacted with - from the staff to the other patients - has been incredibly friendly. The product here has had a profoundly positive effect on my life - I'm now able to eat and sleep more easily. I recently switched medications, and I've noticed a difference in how I move - like I'm able to walk on the ball of my feet instead of the outside of my feet. It's brought me energy while also helping to lessen the intensity of my pain. If I had the means, I'd visit this store and staff more regularly - they're always so kind and make me feel valued. They understand that all I'm looking for is some relief from my pain, and they do their best to make my wishes a reality.

I had a PTSD episode in the parking lot, then I almost fainted from feeling so confined in the waiting room. I had to leave before I was called to the back room. The design and location were not good.
