Can you buy weed in Florida?
In Florida only registered medical marijuana patients can buy cannabis: you need a state medical card, issued after a qualifying doctor's recommendation. Medical only: the 2024 adult-use amendment failed (56%, needed 60%). Patients need a medical marijuana ID card.
Dispensaries are licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
