A cross of Kosher Kush and OG Kush #18, Holy Grail Kush is a cross-bred hybrid. You may also see it sold as Holy Grail, Holy Grail OG. The effects people mention most are feeling relaxed, happy and euphoric.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 80 flower samples tested between 2020 and 2024 came in at a median of 22.6% total THC (the middle half ranged from 16.6% to 26.6%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on dispensary shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is caryophyllene, followed by limonene and humulene. Caryophyllene is known for black pepper and warm spice, while limonene adds bright citrus-peel freshness. Total terpene content measured a median of 1.8%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as spicy/herbal, pine and pungent.
Beyond feeling relaxed, reviewers also mention feeling sleepy and uplifted. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with stress, pain and anxiety. The side effects mentioned most are dry mouth, dizziness and dry eyes. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
