Blue Alien is an indica variety. You may also see it sold as Blue Alien Kush. The effects people mention most are feeling sleepy, relaxed and euphoric.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 13 flower samples tested between 2021 and 2022 came in at a median of 19% total THC (the middle half ranged from 17.4% to 19.7%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on dispensary shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is myrcene, followed by caryophyllene and pinene. Myrcene is known for earthy, musky notes with a ripe-fruit edge, while caryophyllene adds black pepper and warm spice. Total terpene content measured a median of 1.2%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as blueberry, berry and sweet.
Beyond feeling sleepy, reviewers also mention feeling hungry and aroused. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with pain, stress and insomnia. The side effects mentioned most are headaches, dry eyes and paranoia. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
