I walked into the dispensary and was immediately bombarded by a loud and obnoxious blonde-haired front desk worker who was practically shouting in our ears. The bud tenders were nice, but I was subjected to a long sales pitch even though I already knew what I wanted. The place seemed disorganized and I didn't even get a receipt - I wasn't even asked if I wanted one. If it hadn't been for the bud, I would have given the place one star.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Lemon Sour Diesel I wanted to try was a bottom shelf product and only $10 per gram at this shop. The staff were friendly and attentive, and even offered me a discount as a first-time patient, as well as the chance to win a $1 preroll. They were efficient in taking down my info, and the menu was nicely laid out on LED displays with easy pricing and categories. You should all be embarrassed by the quality of some of the products you put out. I was planning to buy an eighth, but the rude employee suggested I buy the Straight Fire prerolls. It was the worst thing I have ever put in my lungs, and I couldn't even get through half of it before I got angry and threw it away. The free prerolls were of the same poor quality. I usually spend at least an eighth every week with you guys, but I'm taking my business elsewhere. To make matters worse, she didn't even stamp my card. I came in expecting to spend at least $45, but I left spending just $37, and you lost my business. Where are the good employees? Are these people just inexperienced?
