It is very disappointing that when you try to call the dispensary to resolve an issue of being handed the wrong item, you get no help. It is important to always check your bag before you leave to make sure you have what you wanted. This particular incident was especially frustrating because the bud tender had added the wrong item twice, even after you asked to add a second item. It was even harder to resolve since it was 11pm and nothing could be done. The dispensary offered 10% off a future purchase, but you already had weed and weren't ready to buy more. This was an unfortunate situation, but the dispensary is usually great.
