I used to go to this place for a quality experience, convenience, and service, but after the past few visits I won't return. A few months ago I was dissatisfied because the menu didn't reflect what they actually had. I was told to call ahead, as they often ran out, and one time I was informed that most of their products had been sent to another location in the city. It felt like they didn't care about customers in the North. When I phoned in advance, I was informed that they had what I was after, but it turned out they didn't. I also had two nearly-full cartridges that broke, so I wasted $100. Furthermore, the strain I had been using for pain relief had apparently been killed off, and the staff seemed to be constantly changing. To top it all off, I was sold a wax vaporizer pen when I asked for a flower vaporizer, and I could only get a store credit when I returned it. Avoid this place.

I had a great overall experience with the staff, who were very knowledgeable. However, when I lit my joint, I was disappointed to find that it tasted like nutrients rather than the quality I have come to expect from smoking. The nug formation, trichomes and look were all there, but the smell and taste were off. It was still a good high, though, but I have to say I was quite disappointed.
