Amazing Budtenders
After I went to Shake n Bake to purchase bulk carts, I had a bit of a miscommunication (which was the fault of the machines); however, thanks to Teresa, it was all taken care of. I'll be returning when I need more.

weird product ?
This place is cool, especially with the four $25 credits. However, I'm not sure what the "moonrock keif" is that I bought here. It was a big clump of something that had the texture of hash, but didn't look or taste like any moonrock, keif, or wax I've ever seen. They said they only sell one kind of wax (Black Phoenix), but the wax in the "moonrock" wasn't the same. I'm also suspicious about the Kure1 carts, since they don't have a website or say the THC percentage on the box. That's concerning, especially since it's a new company.

I had my first visit to S&B on Saturday and it was an amazing experience. From the friendly staff at the front desk to the knowledgeable budtenders, it was a really pleasant visit. They had an impressive selection of strains for every price range, so I opted for the Purple Alien Kush from the top shelf and it was definitely worth it. It was especially helpful for my migraines. Having tried several of the compassion centers in the Detroit area, I can confidently say that S&B is one of the best. I know that I will be returning there for my medication needs.

Unsolicited Messages Multiple Times a Day
I'm getting messages multiple times a day and I'm not sure how the sender got my phone number. I've tried replying with 'stop', but they keep coming. Unfortunately, I can't block the number. This is not a great way to run a business. I'm sure people don't appreciate having their phones bombarded all day with these messages.

I was very disappointed with the flower at this place. The staff was friendly, but the quality of the weed was terrible. I regret spending my money here. It's a shame because the other varieties they offered were usually of good quality. Rachel's was the best.

All three are great, and the Glookies are especially sticky and delicious! Morgan was an awesome budtender and really friendly.

Lovely staff
I'm a deaf woman and I come here a lot. The staff have been incredibly helpful in assisting me - they have no problem helping a deaf person. I've been a loyal customer for nearly two years now and I intend to keep going back! I'm very thankful to Shake and Bake for their excellent customer service!

Despite being the only customer in the lobby, I waited for 40 minutes and was repeatedly reassured that I would be served in just a few more minutes. In the end, I left without having received any service and felt that giving them a "zero" rating would be the most appropriate way of expressing my dissatisfaction. Reliable Place
I have been to this place numerous times and the flowers and products I usually purchase are great. Unfortunately, on my last visit I bought some strains and edibles and only two of the three were satisfactory. The Blue Dream and Skydog were moist and didn't provide a good experience. I did receive a regular buzz from them, however it was fleeting. I am hoping the Bruce Banner won't suffer the same fate as I have been eager to try it. Apart from this experience, I have had great success on my previous ten trips, so I don't want to judge the place too harshly. I still have some left that I don't want to smoke, so I wanted to let you know in case you weren't aware.
