If you're feeling lazy and the quality of the bud at this place is average, with an old-sock smell, then you won't be going back. It's unbelievable that some of the bud even smells like floor cleaner - what a waste of money!

they sell bad bud
A person tested one of the two shops and the results came back positive for pesticides, leading to a recall. It was all over the news. It's hard to imagine what other products could be contaminated with pesticides if personal tests are catching them out.
Terrible Customer Service
We have had to leave this dispensary five times now, as the budtender was unpleasant when asked to fulfill her duties. Despite spending between $500 and $1000 each time, we were not allowed to look at any of the products. Each time we encountered this employee, she refused to show us any items and had a bad attitude, so we decided to leave.

This dispensary is one of the top two in the area with an awesome selection, great deals, and a great atmosphere. The only downside is the inconvenient location and the tiny parking lot.

I visited Roots on Friday because of the Platinum Vape deal they had advertised and I was disappointed to discover that my usual shop in Bay City was out. Thankfully, the bud tender at Roots was incredibly helpful and recommended the blueberry pie vape, which was amazing! I was also delighted to receive some free pre rolls as a first-time customer. 💕😍😊

Dude that was working yesterday evening
I stopped in the store to buy a 300/oz bag of shatter, but the guy seemed to be in a hurry even though there was nobody else there. I agreed to buy one, and when he brought it back it was in a small bag and looked more like 200/oz. I asked to look at it again and he made a snotty comment, so I was pretty disappointed with his customer service. I was even more disappointed when I saw that it wasn't what I

The place to go
I always make the 3-hour drive to this place for my wax slabs because the quality and prices are unbeatable. The last slab I got was 5 grams short, which was strange since they weighed it up especially for me. However, they promised to make it right the next time. The wax quality here is amazing!
