I was really let down after buying an 1/8 of Texas butter as the flower was really small and had bits of trim flower mixed in. I've been here several times before and this was my first bad experience, so overall I would still rate them five stars.

I have had a consistently bad experience with Waave's labeling and advertising. Although I love the staff, the attention to detail does not seem to be there. Today I bought three quarters of one strain and an eighth of another, yet when I got home the eighth container had the wrong label. This is inexcusable; even the most basic products from the Dollar Store are labeled correctly. Other dispensaries I have visited have all properly labeled their goods, but Waave fails to do so.

I would also like to see products priced at around $30-35 for an eighth. With Covid-19, the flower is sometimes smaller than usual in the bottles, but I still appreciate the friendly employees and the convenience of the shop.

It was very frustrating and disappointing to receive my 3.5 gram 8th of top shelf product from Poochie Love crammed into a 1 gram container. Even though the medicine was priced at $60 an eighth, it should have been packaged properly. Whoever is responsible for packing the product needs to be retrained in common sense and proper packaging techniques. Waave, you can and must do better than this!

I have had a wonderful experience at my home dispensary, both with the old and new employees! The new addition, Ty, is fantastic!
