Vonn’s is the best

Disappointed Today......
In the past, I visited this place quite often, but it didn't last after the attitudes of several of the staff changed. I heard that there was a good sale happening, so I decided to give it another shot - I should have known better. The person who came to my car told me the sale was not on flowers, and when I said I didn't see it, he replied rudely that it was in small print. I don't have a problem with that, but I do have a problem with the way he spoke to me. He apologized for the misunderstanding, but not for his rudeness. I won't be returning to Greenlight again, and I won't recommend them to anyone else. It's too bad that they aren't like they were when they first started.

I found a new favorite dispensary today.
I had an amazing experience at this dispensary today. From the customer service to the energy of the bud tenders, it was phenomenal. Vonn was especially helpful and had a great friendly attitude. I drove out of my city, bypassing other dispensaries to come to this one for a specific flower, and it was worth it. As a new patient, I was given a generous discount which was an added bonus. Very rude bud tender
The bud tender I encountered at this shop was incredibly rude. He stared at me and curtly asked what I wanted. He behaved like a shady drug dealer and became increasingly hostile with every strain I asked to see. He was so disrespectful that I felt compelled to buy something I didn't even want just to get out of there. I won't be returning to this place.

Great Customer Service
The curbside pickup experience was incredibly straightforward and productive! The budtender was very helpful in verifying my order and went out of her way to make sure I was happy. She was very friendly and professional, although I can't recall her name.
