Increasing prices...hit or miss service
I've had a few really poor experiences at this place lately - wrong/incomplete orders, poor communication, rude and inexperienced management, budtenders who don't know what they're talking about, slow and inefficient process even for the drive-thru. It's nothing like it used to be and it's really disappointing to see the hard work of the staff who actually care being overshadowed by the bad side of things. My second visit to Kannavis was a pleasant surprise. Upon my arrival, I was received warmly by the security guard. The receptionist was helpful, even apologizing when I had not heard her say I could be seated while waiting. The waiting area was comfortable and stocked with snacks and water. Remi, my aid for picking out medicine, was a delight. She asked me questions, made small talk, and most importantly, never made me feel like a customer, but like

Plus, they have a rewards program that allows you to pile up points and use them for discounts in the future. Everything is well-organized and speedy - I just love Kannavis!
Total Newbie
Relocating to Maryland from California was definitely a challenge for me, since I wasn't able to find many of the products I used to have access to in California to help with my spine regeneration and chronic pain. Thankfully, Kathryn at Kannavis was able to help me out. She took the time to understand my history and current needs, and then was able to point me in the direction of the products that would be most beneficial for me.

My advice for kannavis to improve
I am strongly in support of Kannavis continuing to produce Evermore products, particularly their ice cream cake, which is the best flower I have had in years. Additionally, I suggest bringing back Kush Mints, Skywalker OG Blackberry Kush, and Wounded Warriors Breath. Furthermore, I want to address the issue of staff arguing with patients over discounts. I myself nearly got ripped off because the staff attempted to lie about the retail price, though I had proof to show they were wrong. To avoid similar situations in the future, I recommend offering 25-30% off, or more BOGO-free deals and 30+% discounts. Doing so would increase revenue and give patients the discounts they deserve.

Kannavis' recent discounts have made their prices of cannabis products competitive with, or even lower than, those of smaller dispensaries.

It's clear that this person hasn't given them a chance yet, but they have gone above and beyond for me in the past. If you have any issues with them, then something must be wrong. When it comes to looking after their patients, nobody does it better than Kannavis - they truly have no equal. We should be grateful that they're here.

I have a great deal of admiration for the way Kannavis has been responding to this global crisis. They are doing their best to deliver their product in the most efficient and effective manner possible. There is no denying that the current situation has dramatically altered our lives, however, I am grateful for the process Kannavis has put in place for acquiring their products. I have no doubt that they will continue to have great success in the years to come.
