You should strive to ensure that your customers feel welcomed and valued, despite the fact that staffing issues may be resulting in a lack of quality customer service. Unfortunately, this was my first time visiting, but I won't be returning due to the numerous other local stores offering similar products, deals, and far superior customer service. However, the kind woman who checked me in and out was great!
