When I visited this dispensary, I was able to explain my symptoms and the staff were able to provide me with helpful products. The environment was really pleasant, and I have been to quite a few similar establishments but none have compared to this one.

This dispensary continues to be excellent, with wonderful staff.

I keep coming back due to not only the vast selection of medicine, but also the excellent bud tenders such as Leon.

It is difficult to make a selection with such a wide variety of products offered at great prices! The only downside is not being able to see the products before buying, which can be a problem for someone who is particular about their items. Furthermore, the driveway is terrible, as people constantly block the only exit, which should not be allowed.

This morning, I called TW and spoke with Jason. He went out of his way to help me with my order and I was able to finish the purchase with no problems. I am so grateful for his assistance! It's amazing how great customer service and products can keep you coming back as a regular customer. Thank you Jason! You are a superhero!

I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit to True Wellness. Everyone from the staff to the budtenders were extremely friendly and accommodating. My budtender was great - really listened to what I wanted and offered up some great suggestions. I don't mind making the drive over Hatem bridge to get there - the prices are worth it!

I'm constantly frustrated because I can never find the same product I need when I go in. I have to switch to a different product every time. I attempted to place an order, but my order was canceled because the item was out of stock. I don't understand why they would list something online if they don't actually have it.

I wish taxes on batteries would be eliminated! I have only visited one location in Maryland where I had to pay taxes on batteries.

This place is awesome! It has a deli-style atmosphere and the staff from the front desk to the bud tenders are top-notch. There are lots of products and great prices, plus they offer a 10% veterans discount that made my day. Definitely a must-see!

I have been a faithful patron of TW for more than a year and have witnessed numerous alterations. However, the level of quality service they provide has stayed consistent and remains impeccable! Even during this pandemic, it has been hard for me to get there, yet I still find TW to be the best. I'm always glad to go to TW!

Yesterday I called the store seven times and no one answered. I was just up the street, but I was surprised to find out that the price of the Guice had dropped from $30 to $18 per eighth. Skylar usually provides great service, but when he's not there the store is terrible. I still come every other day because they are the best option around. Whoever is in charge of Weedmaps needs to improve their service as well, since they were sold out of three of the things I wanted to buy last week. I will always come back, but it's still a bit frustrating!
