You need to improve the descriptions of your medications and reduce the number of staff members who lack knowledge of the product. Additionally, update the menu and provide more detailed information about what is available. Finally, hire new staff and let go of the current employees that are not up to standard.

this place has got to be my number 1spot.
The bud tenders here are very knowledgeable and patient, always willing to answer any questions. Don't be deterred by other people's reviews - it's easy to get to and there's usually someone available.

Sadly probably won't return
I began visiting this spot a few months ago before it was changed to San Jose Organic. Had I reviewed it then, I would have given it a 4.5. Unfortunately, the quality of the medicine has drastically declined since the change of management. The top shelf now appears to be C grade or B at best. Even their B/C grade meds appear to be of poor quality and not properly pruned.
I'm disappointed to have to make this review since the staff are so friendly. Unfortunately, the new management has replaced the better quality meds with subpar ones, but kept the prices the same.
