The quality of the bud is top-notch and the staff is always friendly and helpful, suggesting the best products at the best prices. I can say without hesitation that Foothill Health and Wellness has the best quality flower at the lowest price. Their top shelf eighths are capped at a staggering $45 (no tax!), which is the lowest price in the surrounding area. In addition to getting the most for your money, the convenience of the store is incomparable. I have never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes in line - a stark contrast to other Sacramento shops, where the wait times can extend up to 30 minutes. I drive 35-40 minutes out of my way to go to this dispensary because their products are always of a consistent quality, and they treat their patients with the utmost compassion. To top it off, this dispensary is open on major holidays, which I was able to experience first-hand when I made a pick-up on Christmas Day. I can confidently say that Foothill Health and Wellness is the most affordable dispensary in the area, and they offer top shelf flower which is unrivaled.

I have been coming to this establishment for the past couple of years and spending a few hundred dollars every few weeks. However, when I visited today, I was informed that I was not registered in their system. Furthermore, they indicated that I had never registered at all. This is surprising, considering that I had to provide my recommendation twice when I first joined. It appears to be an error on the part of an employee, yet I am the one being treated as if it is my fault. The majority of the staff is usually very helpful, so this is really disappointing. If this is how customers are treated, then I will happily take my business elsewhere.

Online orders from Shotty are unreliable - they never respond and they are often out of stock for Stiiizys. The customer service is OK, but the attitudes of the budtenders vary, ranging from friendly to grumpy. Come on, Shotty, let's get our act together!
