Higher Level of Care - Seaside

I heard that Higher Level in Seaside gets quite crowded on Sundays, so I decided to try the Jane app they have on their website. When I called the store, Jordan kindly offered to set aside my order for me. When I arrived, I received great service from Bree at the front counter. I'm so grateful for the amazing experience - thank you!

I was sold something, given something different in the bag, and when I went to complain, I was told that all sales are final and there was nothing they could do. After wasting 15 minutes in the lobby while the managers did nothing, I experienced terrible customer service. I would never go back there again and I urge everyone to be careful and check their bag before handing over the money. If I could, I would rate it a zero.

When I return to town, I usually go to the same place since I used to live in the area. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with their return policy on cartridges. I brought back a cartridge that was defective and unused, but they wouldn't exchange it for a working one. They said they had tested it, even though it was still broken. I had to drive 15 hours back to my home state with the broken cartridge. I was not pleased with the service I received from the manager and feel like my money was wasted.

My pals suggested I check out this dispensary, and it's been wonderful! Very laid-back atmosphere and great customer service!

If you're looking for anything, Sunday is the day to go to this place and get a 20% discount! The staff are always welcoming and provide a great atmosphere.

It was a waste of gas to drive to the seaside for a buy-one-get-one deal that was rejected because the menu was supposedly not updated. Additionally, your automated operator states that returns are accepted if products are sealed, yet customers are not able to make returns even if mistakes were made. Please improve your customer service and update the menu accordingly.

I had my first experience at HLCdispensary, and it was great! The dispensary was clean and staff were very helpful and reasonably priced. The products I purchased were of great quality, and I definitely plan on making the drive from Fresno again soon!

This dispensary has a wide selection of products for 420 at really great prices!

I will be charged? Why is there a discrepancy between the prices displayed for the flower? This makes it difficult for a customer to know which one is their final cost.
