Great place!
I have been coming to this place for some time now and I am absolutely in love with it. The people here take the time to provide me with assistance and advice whenever I need it, and I have full trust in them. I always have a feeling of being welcomed, valued, and appreciated when I visit. I have no need to go anywhere else as this is my spot! Not only that, the products here have been of great help to me in solving my issues.
Bad Business Practices
Yesterday, I went to get a curb side pick-up. I had given a list of four different concentrates to the girl helping me, and she wrote them all down. When she brought me my bag, none of the concentrates I requested were inside. I had to get out of my car and flag her down. She explained that they had run out of the concentrates and had instead given me the one with the highest THC. I told her I would not have chosen that and asked for a refund. She said no, so I requested to speak with someone else. A manager then came out and told me that their system does not allow for returns and that I have to keep the item.

Whenever I lived in Santa Rosa, I always looked forward to visiting this place. All of the staff were so kind and welcoming, always remembering my name. They had an impressive selection of medicinal products and were always willing to take the time to answer my questions and let me sample the various products. I never felt rushed or overcharged, and was always satisfied with the product I took home.
best dispensary, cheapest prices
I was a bit anxious since no one answered the phone after I had called a few times. However, when I arrived, Scott quickly took my order. When I had to remove an item because of the tax, he found a way to give me a senior discount, and I was able to purchase the item. I wish I had been able to thank him more for helping me out, but he left quickly. Scott, if you are reading this, thank you so much for getting me the biscotti stiiizy pod!
