Where is the best spot in Orange County to buy your flowers?
I arrived a few days ago and the location is pleasant. However, the customer service could be improved.

If you're searching for the perfect spot, look no further! This place is great - the bud tenders are excellent, the facilities are spotless, the prices are unbeatable, and there's something for everyone. I'm especially fond of the White Recluse and Super Silver Haze varieties. As a sativa guy, their sativa salads can't be beat. You won't be disappointed!

My friend referred me to this place, and as a first time visitor I was given some really great O.G. Cookies and a massive Cola Bud of Wild Berry - even the complimentary pre-roll was top-notch!
WARNING...MOLDY BUD
A few months ago, I purchased some low-grade cannabis that had an unpleasant smell. When I asked to exchange it, the staff refused and the admin even suggested that it was decent bud. I foolishly decided to try it out and ended up with pneumonia after two days. I had spent a lot of money and didn't want it to go to waste, but my health was more important. I had trusted 10 Spot, but their products are sub-par, their staff is rude, and their online ordering is unreliable. I urge everyone to realize that their health is more important than expensive, moldy marijuana and to choose a different provider. 10 Spot is like a big pharma company - overpriced and likely to make you sick.

I'm so glad I visited last Friday for the first time, as they had been nice enough to follow me on Instagram beforehand. I picked up an 1/8th of the Blackberry Fire, and it quickly became my new favorite. Most of the cannabis I had purchased in the past year had left me feeling nothing, but this one did its job every single time. I'm definitely going back for Happy Hour to get another 1/8th; the price is perfect and it does what it needs to, so I can do what I need to! See you soon!

Excellent Service!
I recently discovered one of my favourite dispensaries in Orange County. This store has a great variety of products, along with some really cool events/specials. The staff are so welcoming and knowledgeable, and it was a budtender called Max who told me about their points program a couple of weeks ago. He was really helpful and explained all the details to me, so I'm now aware that I can collect points every time I make a purchase. I'm definitely going to keep coming back here!

Finding this Place is a Problem
It was really difficult to find this place; I had already tried once before a few years ago, but I had to leave without having found it and I had used up a third of a tank of gas. I was frustrated after wasting two hours trying to figure out where it was. Two years later, not knowing it was the same dispensary, I called to ask for directions because I wanted a specific strain. The person I talked to was so off that he didn't even know I needed

Good store, bad joints
I had a disappointing experience at The Spot on Saturday. I had spent less than $50, so I took advantage of the promotion and bought two "Sticks" prerolls. Unfortunately, they were extremely dry and their taste was like floor sweepings. For $7 prerolls, I expect better quality. The Spot usually has good merchandise, but their staff can be misinforming and push brands or promotions that are not beneficial to the customer. These prerolls were by

Express order is bunk

I had an awful experience at the store when I went in for an express order. After I paid, they snatched the bag from me and made me wait another 45 minutes as they tried to figure out what happened. On top of that, they asked me for another $50. This made me late getting back from lunch and I'm not sure why express pick up was even offered. I won't be returning and I expect some form of compensation for wasting my time and money

I've been a patron of 10 spot since it opened, and it's been a great experience. The staff are friendly and the products are top-notch! Not to mention their unbeatable buy one 1/8th get one for $10 deal! I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out.

I hadn't visited this place in a few years, but last night I decided to give it a go since they had A Golden State strain. The location was great and I was assisted quickly. I was in and out within 10 minutes. However, all three batches of A Golden State I got were from the previous year, November and December. The last time I purchased A Golden State was in late March, and I noticed a big difference in the properties of the bud. It was easier to grind and felt dry to the touch. I wanted to revisit this place because they had a wider selection of A Golden State strains. That's the story.
2nd visit.
I visited a few days ago and Kristen, the friendly budtener, assisted me. I got another of their $10 eighths and I'm a fan of their OG flowers.
