    customer service
It doesn't make sense to wait more than 15 minutes for a curbside order when the person in spot number eight just received theirs in only two minutes. What could be the reason for this discrepancy?

    A Challenger Enters the Ring!
I am pleasantly surprised at how quickly my order was processed. They had a wide selection of items, the atmosphere was great, and the customer service was superb. The only thing I wished for was that taxes were included in the prices. Overall I would rate my experience a 9/10 and I would definitely come back.

    first timer
After finding them on Weedmaps and confirming they were the closest location to me, I parked and went in. I gave them my ID to enter into the system and was taken to the main floor where all the items were displayed. Although they had a lot of items on display, I found that some of the things I was looking for weren't there and I had to ask them to check their inventory. The guy helping me out was very nice and gave me a discount as a new customer. I made my order and had to wait about seven minutes which seemed like two for them to call my name. The lady who helped me with my purchase was also very nice and helpful.

    Very knowledgeable
The bud tender was very helpful when I asked a question about a strain; they answered quickly. On another occasion, the bud tender didn't know the answer, but they went and found it out right away. Their customer service was excellent!

It was great using the curb side service with Kyle for my first visit to the ML location.
