. I visited a dispensary recommended by my friend, where they supposedly had low-cost medication. I bought four 1/8ths for $15 each, however they were practically all stems with barely any flower. I showed my friend, and he was livid after having praised the place. Additionally, the security was overbearing and wouldn't respond to my inquiries. I've been to dozens of dispensaries, and none of them have ever asked me to remove my pocket knife before. The atmosphere was rushed, so I forgot to take my knife back from the security guard. After two weeks of contacting them, leaving my name, number, a description of my knife and speaking multiple times with the same person that had taken it, I am still out my $50 knife that I use for work daily. I would advise people to stay away from this place, as FWC is only a few streets away and offers much better product with a much better atmosphere and knowledgeable budtenders.

The atmosphere comes at a cost - prices tended to be on the high side, but the inside of the dispensary was nicely put together. Unfortunately, the waiting room was filled with loud music that was quite unpleasant. Once you got past that, you had to go through a cramped sales room.

I got a rechargeable pen that came with a trainwreck when I went shopping for other items. The guy said he had to take it to the back for the correct pricing, but I think I ended up with a dud because I smoked more than half of the oil/wax and didn't feel anything. The parking lot is really small, so people always get stuck when they're entering and exiting. The staff was friendly, but the new employees didn't seem very knowledgeable.

. I have worked at numerous clubs doing promotional work, but I have found that buying from here is my favorite. This place truly feels like my home.

It is clear that the management needs to make changes at this location. The disrespectful attitude of some of the staff, particularly towards female customers, is unacceptable. Flirting with customers' partners and rushing female customers in comparison to male customers is not okay. This behavior has resulted in a loss of customers and consequently, a loss of profits.

As a frequent recreational patient who values quality and is willing to pay a bit more for it, I usually don't leave reviews unless the service is extraordinary or terrible. Sadly, I had a terrible experience with this dispensary. I like using their express service, but it is almost impossible to get someone to pick up the phone and when they do, they are not friendly and keep me on hold for 10-15 minutes. I spend around $100 every time I visit and yet I have never had a company make it so difficult to get my business. I don't want to wait in line, but their ordering process is so complicated I have decided to no longer use their services and would not recommend them to anyone unless they don't value good customer service and are willing to pay $80 for an eighth.
