The service was excellent, the staff were very welcoming, there is plenty of parking available, and the atmosphere was spotless. The edibles and flower were also great - definitely worth a visit!

After my favorite dispensary closed, I reluctantly decided to try Strains. I had already visited another nearby dispensary, but the staff were rude and unhelpful - it was a stark reminder that times have changed since I've been smoking for 45 years! Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised when I visited Strains. Everyone, including security, greeted me like an old friend. The staff were kind, hardworking, and extremely helpful. I told them the type of mood I wanted, and they had exactly what I needed. I even got to meet someone in management, who was very nice, professional, and appreciative of his customers. The prices may be a bit high, but that's the case everywhere now. The product has always been excellent, and I've even been converted to pre-packed flower!

The disrespectful man currently working at 12:25PM should be fired immediately. The manager handled the situation properly, and I'm so glad to work in this place.

I always go to this place because they have the best quality products in town and the staff are so friendly.

Please don't waste your time rerolling; it's not worth it.

I had an amazing experience with Steph's guest service; she was very polite, prompt and knowledgeable. The premises were very tidy and professional. The management was fantastic too and had a great attitude. I had an issue that I wanted to resolve and Steph handled it with no difficulty; I was prepared to buy a new item but instead had a wonderful experience.

I'm consistently impressed by the wealth of knowledge I gain each time I visit, and the wide array of options available are always impressive.

Strains has an enormous variety of products! If you can't find it here, it's probably not worth having. They have a particular brand of wax that is only $30 a gram, while other dispensaries in the Perris area sell it for $45! So save yourself the hassle and don't bother visiting any other stores - Strains is the way to go!

I've been to this dispensary multiple times and it's becoming one of my favorites. The customer service is great, the deals are amazing, and the flower is superb - you can't go wrong here!

I'm loyal to Strains since Day One because they are like family to me. Everything they have is of the highest quality and I completely trust them. If you haven't checked them out, you should definitely do so! 🔥

aver I had a great experience with the customer service here and the people are nice. However, I was left disappointed after purchasing a gram of the Headstash sugar wax. It was very harsh, smelled like butane, and seemed to be a year old. Additionally, it was difficult to find lab test results for the product. I had such a pleasant experience at this shop! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I definitely plan to make this my new go-to spot. The ladies here are amazing. It's a truly classy shop - I've been to a few that made me feel uncomfortable, but not this place. I'm so happy to have found this spot!

I am fond of this place. It has a luxurious feel and the staff are very welcoming. There is nothing suspicious here!

I drove 40 minutes to take advantage of the advertised Rove special of 1g for a dollar and 1/2 gram for a dollar. As a medical patient, I need specific strains for my extreme pain and insomnia, however, when it was time to help me, I was told that the 1/2 gram was limited to 3 strains, none of which were suitable for me. I wish that this had been made clear in the special so I didn't have to waste my time. I

The staff is very welcoming, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the best part is that Tuesdays and Fridays offer free tacos with purchase! As a first-time customer, you'll quickly realize why this is the spot to be. They also have days to show appreciation for their customers!

No stars - it's too loud with the background noise. She doesn't seem to know what she's saying, as if she's trying to do too many things at once. She doesn't know what discounts apply to what products or their weights. For instance, when I ask about flower, she'll say a product name but not know if it's indica or sativa and its weight. Now I'm on hold and some dude is on the phone still making noise in the background
