Do I always end up at this store because of its location, or is it something about me?

On April 7, 2020, I placed an order, but never received a notification that it was ready. On the morning of April 8, I received a notification that it was ready, followed by one that it had been cancelled. I created a new order and received a notification that it was ready, but when I went to purchase it, it was not prepared and had to be filled out in front of me.

. Whenever I visit, the guidelines seem to be different; they insist on maintaining a six-foot distance in queues, yet when people reach the counter, they are packed together with other customers. Additionally, staff are not wearing masks properly.

This morning, I read an article about STIIIZY, so I decided to attend the Grand Opening. I got there at 10:03 am and was finally let in at 4:45 pm! I was given a swag bag as a reward for my visit. I would like to express my gratitude to all involved.

I recently bought a .5 pod and battery from Stiiizy and was assured by the cashier that I could return it with my receipt if anything was wrong. Unfortunately, only 6 days later, the pod had completely leaked and I couldn't take a hit. When I returned to the store with my receipt, the manager refused to exchange the pod because she couldn't see where it was leaking from and was incredibly rude. It seems that Stiiizy doesn't honor their own policies, so I urge people to be cautious when buying their products.

I was amazed at how quickly I was able to pick up my order from this online ordering & pick-up place. It took only 10 minutes from receiving the "order is ready" text to being out the door.
