I was delighted to contribute to their selection of shatter. The quality was superb, the smoke was great, and the flavor was incredibly smooth when smoked with a nail or G pen. The effects were delightful and lasted for a long time.

Writing this review is incredibly disheartening because I have been a loyal customer of Mota for more than a year. The cannabis used to be of superior quality, and the prices were fair. Now, the weed is absolutely abysmal and the bud tenders act like it's no big deal, charging the same price as always and sometimes even more. On my last visit, I asked for two grams of their strongest indica and received flower with a measly 13% THC. Just the week before, I had purchased weed that was so dry it was practically unsmokable, and the staff provided no resolution to the problem. Needless to say, I am finished with this horrendous dispensary. If you want good cannabis, go somewhere else. This was a complete waste of money and I expect my tip back.

My day is made when I enter Mota and am greeted with Big Jimmy Sauce's smile. He is the most knowledgeable budtender in Los Angeles and always keeps me up-to-date with the newest products. I can't recommend Mota enough; it is unequivocally the #1 shop in LA. Be sure to ask for Big Jimmy when you go - you won't regret it! 10/10!
