The budtender/staff may have been friendly, but they lacked expertise in the products they were selling and weren't able to answer our questions thoroughly. Additionally, they tried to persuade us to purchase certain items, but the prices seemed arbitrary.

Dishonest People and Shop
My experience with Connected has usually been quite satisfactory; however, the last time I was there, the bud tender gave me the wrong product. I called as soon as I left the parking lot to let them know, yet they refused to return the product and only offered me a discount if I returned. When I went back, they did not honor the discount. It's clear that Connected does not take responsibility for their errors and does not value their customers. I used to be a
