Green Raven - MEADOW LAKE, Alaska

I visited Green Raven for the first time yesterday and was handed a menu, though none of their concentrates were visible. I chose Lady Grey LIVE ROSIN sugar candy sounder, plus some polychrome, and it was bagged up for me. After inspecting the product outside, I realized the Lady Grey was flower rosin, not what I had expected. When I tried to return/exchange it for what I was looking for, the staff resisted and accused me of tampering with a sealed product. Eventually they made it right, though they insisted it was intact live rosin, which is impossible to make with frozen product (it needs to be extracted into hash and then pressed into rosin). I am dissatisfied and highly unlikely to return.
