A cross of Karma’s Biker Kush and Hortilab’s Sour Power female, Sour Power OG is a cross-bred hybrid. The effects people mention most are feeling relaxed, aroused and tingly.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 72 flower samples tested between 2020 and 2022 came in at a median of 21.5% total THC (the middle half ranged from 20.5% to 22.5%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on dispensary shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is caryophyllene, followed by myrcene and limonene. Caryophyllene is known for black pepper and warm spice, while myrcene adds earthy, musky notes with a ripe-fruit edge. Total terpene content measured a median of 1.6%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as ammonia, menthol and lemon.
Beyond feeling relaxed, reviewers also mention feeling sleepy and uplifted. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with stress, insomnia and muscle spasms. The side effects mentioned most are paranoia, anxiety and dry eyes. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
