Sour Poison is a sativa variety. You may also see it sold as Sour Durban. The effects people mention most are feeling energetic, uplifted and hungry.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 32 flower samples tested between 2022 and 2023 came in at a median of 28.9% total THC (the middle half ranged from 26.7% to 30%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That puts it at the strong end of the market, so newer consumers should start low. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is limonene, followed by caryophyllene and myrcene. Limonene is known for bright citrus-peel freshness, while caryophyllene adds black pepper and warm spice. Total terpene content measured a median of 2.1%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as menthol, citrus and grapefruit.
Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with depression, stress and lack of appetite. The side effects mentioned most are anxiety, dry mouth and dry eyes. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
