Silver Haze is a sativa. Reviews most often mention feeling talkative, energetic and uplifted.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 33 flower samples tested between 2020 and 2024 came in at a median of 23.4% total THC (the middle half ranged from 19.9% to 25.3%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on dispensary shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is terpinolene, followed by myrcene and caryophyllene. Terpinolene is known for fresh, herbal brightness with hints of pine and flowers, while myrcene adds earthy, musky notes with a ripe-fruit edge. Total terpene content measured a median of 1.5%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as woody, tobacco and menthol.
Beyond feeling talkative, reviewers also mention feeling creative and giggly. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with stress, depression and anxiety. The side effects mentioned most are dry mouth, paranoia and dizziness. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
Silver Haze is also a parent of Lemon Haze, The Shire and Supa Durban.
