Project 4516 is a hybrid strain. People who try it most often describe feeling euphoric, energetic and giggly.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 23 flower samples tested between 2021 and 2023 came in at a median of 21.5% total THC (the middle half ranged from 18.1% to 24.8%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on dispensary shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is caryophyllene, followed by limonene and humulene. Caryophyllene is known for black pepper and warm spice, while limonene adds bright citrus-peel freshness. Total terpene content measured a median of 1.9%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as menthol, blue cheese and ammonia.
Beyond feeling euphoric, reviewers also mention feeling uplifted and talkative. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with stress, anxiety and depression. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
Project 4516 is also a parent of Ya Hemi, Bubble Bath, Doggy Bag, Kool Whip, 8th Bagel and 007.
