Lion's Mane is a hybrid. Reviews most often mention feeling tingly, euphoric and uplifted.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 53 flower samples tested between 2020 and 2021 came in at a median of 18.6% total THC (the middle half ranged from 17.7% to 19.7%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on dispensary shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is myrcene, followed by pinene and caryophyllene. Myrcene is known for earthy, musky notes with a ripe-fruit edge, while pinene adds sharp, fresh pine. Total terpene content measured a median of 2.1%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as tar, chestnut and pepper.
Beyond feeling tingly, reviewers also mention feeling hungry and aroused. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with anxiety, depression and pain. The side effects mentioned most are paranoia, anxiety and dizziness. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
