A cross of TKBx2 and Z Animal, LA Pop Rocks is a cross-bred hybrid. You may also see it sold as LA Pop Rockz #4, LA Pop Rockz. The effects people mention most are feeling relaxed, tingly and uplifted.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 13 flower samples tested between 2020 and 2023 came in at a median of 23.2% total THC (the middle half ranged from 21.1% to 25.4%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on dispensary shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is limonene, followed by caryophyllene and linalool. Limonene is known for bright citrus-peel freshness, while caryophyllene adds black pepper and warm spice. Total terpene content measured a median of 1.2%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as apple, mint and chestnut.
Beyond feeling relaxed, reviewers also mention feeling happy and creative. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with anxiety, depression and pain. The side effects mentioned most are paranoia, headaches and dry mouth. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
