Full Metal Jacket is a hybrid strain that comes from a cross of Face Off OG with Grandpa’s Breath. You may also see it sold as FMJ. People who try it most often describe feeling relaxed, tingly and euphoric.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 11 flower samples tested in 2020 came in at a median of 20.4% total THC (the middle half ranged from 17.4% to 20.7%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on dispensary shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is caryophyllene, followed by myrcene and limonene. Caryophyllene is known for black pepper and warm spice, while myrcene adds earthy, musky notes with a ripe-fruit edge. Total terpene content measured a median of 0.6%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as pepper, butter and sweet.
Beyond feeling relaxed, reviewers also mention feeling sleepy and giggly. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with anxiety, insomnia and cramps. The side effects mentioned most are dry eyes. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
