About Cookies and Dream

Cookies and Dream is a hybrid strain. You may also see it sold as Cookies 'N Dream, Dream Cookie. People who try it most often describe feeling happy, uplifted and tingly.

THC and potency

Across 34 public lab tests of Cookies and Dream flower between 2020 and 2021, the median result was 20.7% total THC, with half of all samples falling between 19% and 21.6%. CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on dispensary shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.

Aroma, flavour and terpenes

In lab tests its dominant terpene is myrcene, followed by pinene and caryophyllene. Myrcene is known for earthy, musky notes with a ripe-fruit edge, while pinene adds sharp, fresh pine. Total terpene content measured a median of 1%. On the palate, people pick out blue cheese, blueberry and berry.
