Cookie Glue is a hybrid strain that comes from a cross of Cookies with Glue Bx2. People who try it most often describe feeling relaxed, hungry and tingly.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 7 flower samples tested in 2020 came in at a median of 22.7% total THC (the middle half ranged from 22.4% to 23.3%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on dispensary shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is caryophyllene, followed by limonene and myrcene. Caryophyllene is known for black pepper and warm spice, while limonene adds bright citrus-peel freshness. Total terpene content measured a median of 1.7%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as pepper, skunk and earthy.
Beyond feeling relaxed, reviewers also mention feeling sleepy and talkative. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with anxiety, depression and insomnia. The side effects mentioned most are dizziness, paranoia and anxiety. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
