Cereal Milk

About Cereal Milk

Cereal Milk is a cross-bred hybrid. You may also see it sold as Milk. The effects people mention most are feeling relaxed, giggly and aroused.

THC and potency

Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 284 flower samples tested between 2021 and 2024 came in at a median of 23.4% total THC (the middle half ranged from 17.4% to 27.3%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on dispensary shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.

Aroma, flavour and terpenes

In lab tests its dominant terpene is caryophyllene, followed by limonene and humulene. Caryophyllene is known for black pepper and warm spice, while limonene adds bright citrus-peel freshness. Total terpene content measured a median of 1.9%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as vanilla, butter and sweet.

Reported effects

Beyond feeling relaxed, reviewers also mention feeling talkative and euphoric. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with anxiety, depression and stress. The side effects mentioned most are headaches, anxiety and paranoia. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
