Caramel Cream is a hybrid strain that comes from a cross of Royal Highness with Old School Cookies. People who try it most often describe feeling sleepy, relaxed and aroused.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 100 flower samples tested between 2020 and 2024 came in at a median of 21.4% total THC (the middle half ranged from 17.7% to 23.2%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on dispensary shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is caryophyllene, followed by humulene and bisabolol. Caryophyllene is known for black pepper and warm spice, while humulene adds dry, woody and hop-like character. Total terpene content measured a median of 2.9%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as cheese, flowery and sweet.
Beyond feeling sleepy, reviewers also mention feeling hungry. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with depression, pain and stress. The side effects mentioned most are paranoia, headaches and anxiety. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
Parents: Royal Highness and Old School Cookies. Caramel Cream is also a parent of Notorious THC.
