Bubble Runtz is a hybrid strain. You may also see it sold as Bubblegum Runtz, Bubble Gum Runtz. People who try it most often describe feeling tingly, giggly and hungry.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 24 flower samples tested between 2022 and 2024 came in at a median of 28.6% total THC (the middle half ranged from 24.9% to 31%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That puts it at the strong end of the market, so newer consumers should start low. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is linalool, followed by caryophyllene and limonene. Linalool is known for soft floral, lavender-like tones, while caryophyllene adds black pepper and warm spice. Total terpene content measured a median of 1.2%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as blueberry, pine and citrus.
Beyond feeling tingly, reviewers also mention feeling sleepy. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with lack of appetite, nausea and alzheimer's. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
