A cross of Blueberry and White Runtz, Blue Runtz is a cross-bred hybrid. The effects people mention most are feeling relaxed, euphoric and creative.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 67 flower samples tested between 2021 and 2023 came in at a median of 20.8% total THC (the middle half ranged from 19.7% to 24.4%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on dispensary shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is caryophyllene, followed by limonene and linalool. Caryophyllene is known for black pepper and warm spice, while limonene adds bright citrus-peel freshness. Total terpene content measured a median of 1.8%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as blueberry, pear and berry.
Beyond feeling relaxed, reviewers also mention feeling focused and talkative. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with anxiety, depression and pain. The side effects mentioned most are dizziness, headaches and paranoia. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
Parents: Blueberry and White Runtz. Blue Runtz is also a parent of Krazy Runtz.
