About Apples and Bananas

A cross of Blue Power and Gelatti, Apples and Bananas is a cross-bred hybrid. The effects people mention most are feeling happy, uplifted and aroused.

THC and potency

Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 444 flower samples tested between 2021 and 2024 came in at a median of 22.6% total THC (the middle half ranged from 20.2% to 24.9%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on dispensary shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.

Aroma, flavour and terpenes

In lab tests its dominant terpene is myrcene, followed by pinene and caryophyllene. Myrcene is known for earthy, musky notes with a ripe-fruit edge, while pinene adds sharp, fresh pine. Total terpene content measured a median of 2%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as apple, pear and tree fruit.

Reported effects

Beyond feeling happy, reviewers also mention feeling euphoric and giggly. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with anxiety, stress and depression. The side effects mentioned most are headaches, anxiety and dizziness. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
