About Gruntz

Gruntz is a hybrid bred from Gelato and The Original Z. Reviews most often mention feeling tingly, focused and energetic.

THC and potency

Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 68 flower samples tested between 2021 and 2024 came in at a median of 21% total THC (the middle half ranged from 18.4% to 22.9%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on dispensary shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.

Aroma, flavour and terpenes

Consumers most often describe the flavour as grapefruit, chemical and tropical.

Reported effects

Beyond feeling tingly, reviewers also mention feeling euphoric and talkative. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with depression, pain and anxiety. The side effects mentioned most are dry eyes, anxiety and dizziness. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
