Process
To qualify as a patient, individuals must be a resident of Connecticut over the age of 18 with qualifying conditions that include glaucoma, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, PTSD, and Crohn’s disease. Patients cannot be an inmate in a correctional institution or under the supervision of the Connecticut Department of Corrections.
