Hilltop Premium Degrees Owner had a life-long dream to be an Alaskan business owner. He was thrilled to be an Alaskan when the state began legalizing recreational cannabis. A passionate supporter of the plant, he was active in Alaska’s legislative process from the very beginning, starting petitions to bring marijuana to his home state.
In addition, Hilltop offers a recycling program. Any cannabis packaging (from any location) can be brought back to the store in exchange for loyalty points.

History
Hilltop Premium Green was first established in 2017 by the Kudlacek Family. Chad and Lynette Kudlacek had a passion for Cannabis. They built their business from the ground up. Achieving their dream of providing cannabis to Sutton, Alaska. Wishing to retire, Chad and Lynette invited Green Degree to acquire the location.
Willing to help, Green Degree acquired the location in April of 2019. Wanting to maintain Chad and Lynette’s Legacy, the store will eventually be named Green Degree at Hilltop. Hilltop maintains the well-lit, upscale Cannabis Retail that Chad and Lynette wanted it to be. Maintaining costumer service and bringing cannabis education to the Sutton area. Hilltop offers plenty of knowledge to any customer with questions and will gladly make product recommendations based on their guest’s desires. Hilltop Premium Green places a high value on customer experience and works to ensure every visitor leaves with a smile on their face.
