What determines the tax prices in the final sales price?
Only the 15% California Cannabis Excise Tax is included in the listed price. Licensed cannabis retailers in the City of Santa Ana are required to charge the same local tax of 7% on cannabis products, in addition to the California sales tax of 9.25%. Please note that these tax rates are pre-determined by the city and state government. ASHE has zero control over these tax amounts and 100% of the taxes are collected to be submitted to the City of Santa Ana and the California Department of Tax Fee & Administration.
